The rooms here have a really nice décor and the bathrooms are awesome. 🛁 This place is a bit secluded, but it's super convenient because it's close to both the airport and a cool contemporary art museum.

Gorgeous Hotel
During our stay at the Park Hyatt, we were warmly welcomed by Christina Mao, the Front Office Manager. She went above and beyond to make our special occasion memorable, with an upgraded room and thoughtful decorations. The secluded location of the resort provided a peaceful and romantic atmosphere, perfect for couples. The architecture of the hotel was stunning, offering numerous photo opportunities. The staff, including Hank Fang and Cindy Chen, were helpful and attentive, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The service at the resort exceeded our expectations, proving that China has surpassed the competition in terms of hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a world-class experience in Hainan, China.

We were thrilled with the location of our room, right next to the kids mini water park. It was so convenient and our children had a blast playing there. The restaurant accessible only to the sea view rooms was a hidden gem that offered stunning views while we enjoyed our meals. The resort's location on a cliff which winds down into the resort provided breathtaking scenery wherever we went. The entire resort felt like a museum of contemporary art, with beautiful artwork and sculptures at every turn. The room itself was spacious and modern, with a stunning ocean view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end amenities and a relaxing rain shower. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive waitstaff at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also loved the facilities offered at the resort, including the outdoor pools and the beach access. our stay at this resort was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations.
The language barrier was a bit difficult to overcome at times, as some staff members did not speak fluent English.

We stayed in a quiet neat area with a baby stroller and found the public area to be well-maintained. Back to the lift of the tower, we enjoyed the amazing view from our room, as well as the clean and spacious bathroom. the breakfast had a nice selection of food, and the staff provided prompt and courteous service. the private beach area was great with kayaks and stand up paddle boards available.
The Chinese restaurant's food was mediocre, and we were disappointed we couldn't find other dining options outside of the hotel.
